Santuario del Santo Niño de las Palomitas
This document establishes the Terms and Conditions applicable to participation in the raffle organized by the Santuario del Santo Niño de las Palomitas located at Carretera a la Era S/N, Tacoaleche, Zacatecas, Mexico, hereinafter referred to as “THE ORGANIZER.”
Participation in this raffle implies full acceptance of these terms.
About the Raffle
THE ORGANIZER is holding a raffle for fundraising purposes for the maintenance, conservation, and construction of the sanctuary.
The grand prize is:
A new 2026 VW Virtus.
other prizes include a Mac Book Pro and an iPad
The raffle will be held on August 2, 2026, and will be broadcast live through the sanctuary’s official channels.
About Participants
Participants must be individuals over 18 years of age and residing in the Republic of Mexico.
About Tickets
The cost of each ticket is $100 MXN.
A total of 50,000 numbered tickets will be issued. Tickets will be automatically and electronically assigned upon payment confirmation.
Participants will receive their ticket number via email.
Drawing Mechanics
The winning number will be selected using a random and transparent method.
The drawing may be conducted using:
A physical raffle drum, or
An electronic random selection system.
The event will be recorded and broadcast live.
Prize Delivery
The winner will be contacted by phone and email.
To claim the prize, the winner must present:
A valid official ID
Proof of the winning ticket
The prize will be delivered in the state of Zacatecas. Transportation costs, license plates, vehicle registration, insurance, and any other subsequent tax obligations are the responsibility of the winner.
Transparency
The list of participating tickets can be viewed on the official website.
Cancellation or Modifications
The organizer reserves the right to modify the drawing date due to force majeure, notifying participants through official channels.
Restrictions
Individuals directly involved in organizing the drawing are not eligible to participate.
Legal Framework
This raffle is conducted in accordance with the applicable regulations governing raffles in the United Mexican States.
Any dispute will be resolved before the competent authorities in Zacatecas.

Purchasing a ticket implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
